Default Question about discplinary infraction

I would like to know if my husband were to get into trouble would he lose eligibility to be released on his TR date? I think he might get into trouble for something and he was eligible for SB 1291 on top of good time and his TR. Now I don't even know if he'll get to come home then
I think the ticket may be a minimum violation.

90 days off your drug sentence for good behavior and completing all required programing.. your risk score must be 3 or lower and thats not an easy thing. i know someone who has an assult coviction that is 7 yrs old and because of that old charge, which was just a bar fight, his risk score is to high for him to be eligible..

If his write-up is a major violation the option to lose good time is there, which would effect your husbands release dates, including his TR. However, the option is not available if it is a minor violation. If it's a major but not of a serious nature then he may not lose any good time. You can review the disciplinary policy at the ADOC website.
