And you gave me an idea re: the Hawaiian meatballs.
Not sure if its the same type recipe as the one my mom used to make but basically meatballs with pineapple/green bell pepper sauce over white rice?

I think maybe today I'll make a clam spaghetti.
Hub got a giant can of clams, but I think I'll need to buy a few more things.
Yes, it is pineapple, peppers and frozen meatballs.

I making chili now. I'm trying to get a hang of using the instant pot

I made it last week and I'm making it this week again. I did it in the instant pot to see how it would come out. 80 minutes just corn beef and seasoning. Take it out. Add veggies to the liquid and 5 minutes done

So delicious! Not as stringy as when you boil it on the stove

My older son loved the frozen meatballs and younger son did not. He wants me to make them fresh next time.

I did do the frozen meatballs with a sweet/sour twist.
I didnt care for it that much but hub and son loved it.
For me, the meatballs had a spice in it that didnt go well with the sweet/sour thing.
so next time I use the meatballs it will be with spaghetti and a tomato based sauce.
