Madison Video Visitation allowed?

Hi guys! After my friend got transferred, does anyone know if they offer video visits specifically in this facility?

I only ask for Madison Women prison, IN. I do know that other facilities in IN offers it, but there it is just a riddle.

Visitation should be allowed in all prisons, both men's and women's in the state, assuming there isn't a reason you couldn't (like your visiting application is denied or they're in disciplinary segregation).

Sorry Ginger - I just forgot to ask for video visits. It's about the video visits. I'm on the approved visitors list and I'm allowed to visit in person, what I do. But it's a new facility and that's why just the video visit topic is a riddle at the moment for me and my friend.

If you're on his visiting list, and the new facility has the equipment, you should be allowed to visit him. I'm not sure what system they're using (TelMate or GTO or whatever), but you can start by calling the video visitation provider. They'll be able to walk you through the process, and even make sure your computer works with their system.

In Oregon, Firefox doesn't work with their video visitation, so people learn that they need to use a different browser. Just remember that all the same clothing/photograph rules apply, and they do save every single video visitation so it can be reviewed.

Nope, GTL is saying the whole IDOC offers it, they don't list the facilities! However it's a new facilty to her and we've a few question, I had video visits with her the years in the same state - here we have to figure out, because we (she as well) can't answer it right now. Just in case, I need to call and ask the facility. Just tried to ask here in the forum if someone has experience, for Madison. Thanks.

I do have an account and I had weekly video visits for the last few years, but I cannot see if it's possible for 100%! It's just all new for us, because new facility. That's why I was going to ask here for experience . No problem, we will figure it out, everything new needs a little time. If I know anything new I will update here
