She said PIC month is April 2020, calculator says Oct. 2020?

My GF is currently at the Metro Transitional Center for women in Atlanta, Ga. She told said to me in a text msg "My pic month is April 2020 now". Can someone here plz explain to me in easy to understand language what exactly does this mean? I used the TPM calculator and it still says Oct. 2020. Thank you in advance. She is in for multiple DUIs.

It sounds like she finished classes or courses or some kind of program that added to her PIC points, so she'd be eligible earlier. Often they don't update computer systems because any trouble she might get into would remove the PIC points.

So consider her PIC date to be April at the earliest and October at the latest.

Not really. It means the earliest she could get out would be April of 2020. She may not get out until October. Hope for the best (April), plan for the worst (October).
