Early parole hearing

Hi everyone, been awhile since my husband got the smuggling ticket Feb. 1. He has a parole hearing April 18,07. He was not supposed to be reconsidered again until Sept. 07,after a 12 month flop from his last parole hearing in Oct. 07. I do not know what will happen. I have talked with him about breaking rules. His best thinking got him where he is now, and I wonder if he has learned anything from it. Thank you all for being so supportive

Well... I hate it when I have to be so blunt, but there's times like this when its necessary. More than likely he will get a flop due to the ticket...but the flop SHOULD take effect once he's notified of it rather than waiting until October and getting flopped then.

Hopefully he has learned from it! Good luck with this.. NEVER give up all hope.. you never know what the parole board will do. One of my hubbys buddys got a parole 2 weeks ago and he has ALL KINDS of tickets over the years, he's only been major ticket free for 2 years!
