Facebook just told me I'd had my account for 7 years.

Because of the mandatory job search, I'd opened up accounts on every social media site I could think of in hopes of clicking on those results instead of my mugshot, and thereby pulling the harmless social media sites up in the list in lieu of the mugshot. So, I know I did that on or about the first day I was out.

The first year dragged a bit, to be honest. Getting used to all the different options after not having any choices was ...weird. Good, but weird.

Managing money was also weird. I wasn't that good at it before and didn't want to screw that up, so I was a bit over the top meticulous.

But, since the 1st year, time has gone by very fast.

How has it worked with pushing down the "bad" results on the searches? We're trying to do that for my son with limited success. Some news reports from 5 years ago just won't "die".
