The guy you said you wanted to write is in a Minnesota prison, not New Mexico.

Google is your friend. Search Minnesota inmate lookup. New Mexico inmate lookup.

Red face Question!

Does anyone know how to work Jpay? I can not find anything but home and send money. I am trying to get to buy stamps.

Depending on which facility your pen pal is at, it might be that they cannot use JPay for emailing. My LO is in California and while his name can be found on JPay, his prison does not allow emails so the only thing I can use JPay for is to send money.

Sometimes inmates might lose their privileges for email as a disciplinary action or other reasons. If you found his name on JPay and Shakopee has emailing available but the options are not showing when you pull his name up...perhaps he does not have email privileges right now.
