Default I have finally gotten off of Federal Supervision by Early Termination

Well I have finally gotten off of Federal supervision by early termination.

I wanted to post a few facts that I learned about this process.

Once the probation officer submits the document to the judge it can take roughly around 2 and 1/2 months to hear back on the approval/denial. ( Based off of 2 accounts)

If you call to see if the judge's clerk has a motion for early term under your name it will not show.

You have to be at least 50% done with your probation and on "low supervision" to be up for early term.

I found out by email and was not required to sign/ pick up any documentation.

Congratulations on completing your SR early. The key is definitely having the process initiated by your PO. Their handbook advises them to petition for early termination for everyone who has successfully completed all of their SR requirements, but that does not always happen.
