Getting added on PIN Shirley medium

Does anyone know why it's taking so long for them to add new numbers onto the guys pin this month? They can only do it quarterly and this month they had until the 14th to submit. Just seems like it's taking forever.

It could be for a lot of different reasons: Maybe there are more inmates than usual; maybe there are a host of employees taking summer vacations; the phone equipment used for assigning pin# may be down; maybe someone is procrastinating....who knows I hope it gets done soon so you can hear from your LO Welcome to PTO
