My man is in for bulgury (sp?), theft over $500, and a charge runned concurrent for a car he stole while he was drunk at a gas station. Being dumb!!! He stole the gun from his uncles b.c he got into a despute with his cousin which he didn't say anything rude to him, just trying to make peace (but they never got along b.c they got into a knife fight before I came along) down there where his own cousin (my ex) I guess he got jealous or something but he had his wife in the car and he just decided to run him into a 2x4 in the garage of his uncles and having me in alittle corner where the garage door opens. And his uncle told him (my man) that he would get some money from his insurance for what happened to him. And they did nothing to his cousin for doing this to my man!!!!! Can you believe that!!!! But my man decided since he didn't get no money b.c the insurance company told him he wasn't then he went to go get his gun and I find out the gun isn't even worth 500 his uncle put it on his insurance saying it was, Thats one screwed up family if you ask me!!!!

Kevin's in on a parole violation...he couldn't pay his "fee" for 2 months but still went to his meetings...on the 3rd month...he paid the 2 months he owed plus the one for that month...but they still locked him back up! His original crime was possession/intent to sale, though.

Mine is in for robbery & 2nd degree murder, aiding & abeting should have been the charge, but he wouldn't snitch on his homie - so his homie goes free and he has been down now for 16 yrs with 3 yrs left to serve.

some of your men really should not barely be in or doing any time..it is so sad..

look at wynona rider, that girl had like 13 fake scrips, and narcotics, liquid demyrol, syringes, and i forget the huge dollar amount of her not paid for shopping spree in beverly hills...she did community service...

he, you forgot a BIG ONE, spouse/intimate/child abuse, assult, terroist threats..and, all the other legal names for a crime of deep pain and betrayal...

best and peace to you and yours

My husband is in for probation violation & forgery (fake ID & notary seal). He was on probation, on a drug binge, and trying to use a fake ID and make stuff to keep from getting caught. I guess in a round and about way, it is drug related, but I chose "other".

mine was in for being at the wrong place at the wrong time, he took the blame for his home boy who shot at someone. now because of that, he has been locked down since '94 and wont be out till around 2010. hopefully sooner. i think they gave him too much time cause no one died . no one was even hit with the bullet.
