I have Securus, jpay, & Connect Network GTL, am I missing anything?

My fiance is doing the rest of his sentence at SCI Dallas. I am trying to figure out if I have all the resources I need to "ride this out" with him. I have JPay to put money on his books, Securus for phonecalls, and Connect Network GTL for emails/messages. Is there anything else I am missing? Is there a way for me to buy him media links or can he only do that with the money I put on JPay (ordering through commissary)? Does anyone know about these vouchers for emailing? Any information you guys can give is helpful! Thanks!!

I'm not sure what you mean by "media links." He won't have internet access even though he can email / message.

Have you checked PA's DOC webpage to see if there is anything there that you haven't set up? Here is that link:

Media links are what are used to buy games and music. I was asking if there is a way for me to do it, other than putting money on jpay, or is he only able to.

Showing my age, ain't I, LOL My Mr has only been home for 3 years...but it seems the technology in the prisons has advanced quite a bit in those 3 years!

Media links can only be purchased through commissary. As for the email vouchers, these would be you purchasing messages for him to send to u. He can do the same thing with media links. Its 500 links for $5. So each email he sends to you will cost 25 units or the equivalent of 25 cents.

The accounts you have set up should be good. I just left Dallas in May and dont think you missed anything.

How do I send the email vouchers? Couldn’t figure it out on the connect network gtl app. I even called their customer service number and they had no idea what I was talking about.
