I think the phone system is horrible.. It takes to long to get a number approved for the phone list and something always happens and it takes forever with that....
Getting a money order each time is a hassle
the big thing i hate is how long it takes for them to actually get the money onto the phone number. its been taking a week at least and it only takes 2 days to get to them in the mail.. they obviously need more people working or make it like alot of counties and have the system over the phone and pay with a debit card for the phone and they can call that same day.. they sure dont care if they talked to there loved ones or not.. i just had to vent about the way they put our loved ones on the backburners... i am pretty sure they would understand if they were in the same situation.
You know what? Why in the hell can't we just do this off a debit card? Why are we having to waste our time and paper to send this through the mail still? It's ridiculous!!

I send my certified mail, they put the money on faster when they know that you can PROVE when it got there and was received. I live just outside of Ft.Madison and my mail gets there the next day and the money is always on the 2nd day ever since I started to send it certified, it costs 3 dollars more, but I can track it so that if I were to have to complain, I would have proof.
