Sorry to hear about your plight. I am not an expert but have been studying this forum a lot...as I expect to be sentenced within the next three months. In fact..I live in Virginia, and if my attorney and sentencing specialist have anything to do with it...I very well may get Cumberland camp as well.....so might see you there in about six to eight months. My understanding is that regardless of your 4 point enhancement....as a non violent, first time offender, with self surrender and under 10 year sentence...you should get camp. Then again...from what I have seen and heard...the BOP does whatever it damn well pleases. You might end up self surrendering to the FCI for processing and then find yourself sent to camp. I do not know what rules apply to communicating with your wife while she is incarcerated. I know that usually, felons cannot send mail to other prisons. Strictly speaking, felons cannot cohort with other felons even while on supervised release....but clearly a husband and wife cohabitate....so such a restriction would be preposterous. Hopefully someone else can provide you with some specific details on this topic.

I wish you the best of luck. Keep your head high, and your faith and mind strong.

Kindest Regards,
