Default Blue Warrant: How often is bond set? Can bond be set w/o turning himself in

Recently my husband was sent to corpus christi transitional center for relapse prevention track by his p.o. for failing u.a.. the transitional center refused to treat his medical condition diabetes and he had been in hospital 3 times blood sugars over 700. Surfing this time he was told that he would be getting a medical discharge. But while this went on he was also written up on a couple displinary problems. And end result they decided to just unsuccessfully discharge him saying that he didn't want to comply with the program. And sent him back home to ftw telling him to contact his p.o. in two days and a blue warrant would likely be issued.
And yes he has. A blue warrant, that says it is eligible for bond.
My husband's original charge that got him on parole was tampering with big documents btw
So, all he has is this technical violation , no new charges, and has proof that he was participating in all the centers classes and work,
We have hired a parole attorney, Trent Marshall, who has had us hire a bondsman for the blue warrant.
Trent says he doesn't get involved until hearing, and it's up to magistrate whether my husband does get a bond.
Before he turns himself in, we just want to make sure we are prepared for what may happen.
We really need him not incarcerated , so he can continue to work, this has already almost got us our home truck and his job. Now his jobs paying for his legal help, so anyone ever actually get blue warrant bond granted?
Is it affordable?
Is there any way to get his bind set and decided without turning him in??
And what should we be prepared to have to face with parole about the center and violation?
Any advice is greatly needed thank u

hi Jlee.Jackson042

Any bench warrant is usually found by calling the PO or the original arresting agency. Not sure what your situation is since your post is a bit confusing. Any bondsman can process a TSI if your state allows for bail. The bondsman goes with you to the police or court and they process the bond immediately. If your state allows and it is the type of warrant that involves technical violation things should be pretty smooth.

Each bond is set according to years owed if on probation. In CT you see a set bond based on years owed on probation. Some judges can give you $20, 000 bond or $15,000 bond based on one-year probation left. If you have 3 years it can be set at $50,00 and so on. Again this is only what we see. each court is different from another and judges use their own discretion to set bail amounts.
