Default Asking For Help! About bond

First of all I must let yall know my key/letter between "s an f" on my keyboar is not working.......now my question. My boyfrien is in a W.VA regional jail an has a $2 50 bon. I call a bonsman yesteray an he asks my boyfrien's name then says "Is he kin to so n so" when I say yes that is my boyfrien's nephew he says well youwill have to fine someone else! I coul not believe it so I hung up. My boyfrien's brother went into the same office an was tol the same thing. First of all the 2 cases are not relate to each other. My boyfrien's case is 21 yrs ole an in VA not W.VA. My boyfrien sai on phone that the juge sai he was not going to hole him on a charge 21 yrs ago especially since he was in jail in VA 2 yrs ago an nothing came out about this. I even went with him about 6 mos ago here in VA to get a backgroun check AT the police station an nothing about it was brought up! I guess I just wante to get it out of my heart an put it here!

I think your asking about bond? So I changed your title to reflect that but if I am wrong please let me know and I will change it. I have NO idea what your asking in your post if it's not about bond and even if it is, what is th question? Can you type it out simply "Can a non relative post bond?" which is all I could understand of that...

Its not unusual for a bail bondsman to refuse someone bail if they are related to or are associated with someone who they may have had problems with in the past. It has nothing to do with the case and everything to do with what the bondsman perceives as a risk.

Good luck!
