If the polygraph examiner knows how to do their job, they can get the truth from anyone. But one that is not trained, if the case is dependant on the polygraph, can put an innocent man on death row. The difference is huge.

I would have to agree. What gets me is the DA's that know they screwed up and railroaded the wrong to prison, still think they are guilty of something so they can justify there unscrupulous behavior.
