Default Tpm pushed back...help

My loved one TPM was just recently changed from August 2018 to May 2019. Can someone help me understand why has this happened? He completed all of the required classes and earned 9-10 PIC points while in the classes. He is currently in a Georgia Correctional Institute and has been detained since October 2014 for a charge named "BURGLARY IN THE FIRST DEGREE (OF A DWELLING)". I believe his sentence was 10 years. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Was his burglary an occupied dwelling? I was looking at the new guidelines and they look like 65, 75, or 95%... meaning that if he got bumped up in points it's possible to have it pushed back a year. It doesn't necessarily mean that he won't get any PIC points though.

His PIC date is July 2018?

KaylaPaige,

His PIC date was August 2018, but now it's May 2019. And I believe the charge was burglary while dwelling. He now says he is going to try to go to a Halfway House by February 2018. Is that possible for him to do that? Does it normally take a while to be transferred to a halfway house?

Default TPM

I recently found out that his TPM was pushed back due to a DR from April 2017 being finally added to his recent case plan.
