Default Douglas water issues-again!

It looks like the water contamination issues that Douglas has having are back, or never fully gone in the first place.

It's the same area, but I don't know if where the women will be held is also effected by the water issues.

The water issues are STILL ongoing. DOC says they're providing bottled water, but last time they made that claim as well and many inmates said it wasn't the case.
