Default Recieve face sheet from prison? Help me calculate the time, please!

If any body can help plz do so, my daughter went to prison on june 29th 2010 she was sentence to 2 yrs with 85% she went otc on another case was sentence to 8 months consecutive with 85% she was sentence sept 16th she stayed in the county till nov 16th 2010 she served 2 months in the county before ship back to prison that should be 2 months off her 8 month term which was 6 months with the 85%.now when she left prison to fight this new case was her time in prison being calculated ? if so 2 yrs with85% is 180 days which she had 15.3 months to serve so calculate june 16th from nov 16th that should be 5 months taken off her prison term if her time counts while in the county right? okay got her face sheet she sent me and it states her start date 6 -29-10 + time imposed 2 yrs 6-29-12. minus PRE & post sentence credit -202 pre 13 PST= 11 -27-11. minus vested credits it saids -2 which gives a day of 11-25-2011 for her maxium release date. equal days to serve 515.then it saids CDCR credit by dividing line 10 which is 515 days by code 2 = 77 CDCR Incarc.then it saids EPRD 9 -09-11. so did they take off the 5 months she was in the county? and did they add her second case ? it does'nt look like it. plz some one comre along and help me the wait iskilling me i need to know to make sure they gave her all her credits due .Thanks

I have noticed that there are several people here with loved ones who are NOT getting credit from the CDCR for time served. Your daughter can file a 602 and ask for her release date to be recalculated. That's what my man did and we are still waiting to hear back 50 days later. Remember CDCR = Hurry up and wait!

I'm no math whiz by any stretch of the imagination (so if I'm wrong, someone correct me), but 85% of 2 years is not 185 days.....seems like to me it would be closer to 620 days to serve--and that's just the first sentence.

if i did'nt mention she already serve 6 months off that two year sentence ,which was 180 days she had 18 months left to serve with 85% so 85% of 18 months should equal out to 15.3 months .then with her serving 5 months in the county should'nt that be taken off her prison term also/

I think you might be confused (?) It is not 85% off her sentence, the 85% rule is that she has to serve 85%, so she would only get 15% off. So, she should serve a little over 15 months.

why in the world did her pd tell us she got 2 yrs with 85% she already serve 6 months she told us she would do 85% of the remaining sentence which would be 15.3 months .then my daughter was told from her another that she would do 8 months with 85% and she would only have to serve 8 months plz help me figure this out

I don't know, but the 15.3 months sounds correct to me and that is what you should prepare yourself (emotionally) for.
