Bastrop County Jail..western union code city/code state info?

My fiance is in the Bastrop County Jail for the next few weeks and I need to send him money for his commissary. I have no way of getting a hold of him to find out the code city/code state for the facility and cant get a hold of the facility itself either. Im in New York, and have no idea where to get this information. Can anybody help with this please? I havent talked to him in almost a week and Im going crazy worrying.. Thanks

they only accept money orders made out to Bastrop county inmate trust fund and his name and SO number their address is 1601 Mills st Bastrop TX 78602
512-303-1080 press 0 @ recording then ask to speak to the jail to get anymore information I hope this helps u
