Moving release dates dates all the time?

Hey everybody, Im new here but wanted to post a question.
My Hubbys date has moved four times already in one month, and its always a week or a week half from the previous date. Has anybody else experienced the same thing? How many times does it have to move to finally lock in, ugh, frustrated!
