Default PO's Wont let us have contact

We have been married since Feb 2012. My husband was arrested on absconder in May 2012. I was put on probation in Nov 2012 for an incident that happened with an ex of mine. My probation officer says that my husband and I cannot have any contact even though we are legally married and have been since before I was on probation and our cases have nothing to do with each other! What can I do??

Mind your PO, and ask that be revisited a few months down the road.

Default No contact after release

My husband was release in sept. He has been in no trouble at all. Not on probation or parole and my po just found out that we were having contact and violated me. My charges have nothing to do with him. We are legally married and have been since before I was arrested. Is there anything I can do? Please help!

What was the reason given for the no-contact? The fact that you're married means very little....if you are both felons on parole, that needs to be run by both POs, his and yours- and approved by both. That info should have been in the contract you signed upon being granted parole.
