Unhappy Need info on waiving parole hearing & medical bills from county

My husband has called me yesterday stating that he heard that he can wave his parole haring. Has anyonk known some one to do that? He was sentenced to 4years with 15%serve he sat in Jefferson county jail for 8months altogether will the waving parole get him home sooner? I also need help figuring out how to handle these medical bills showing up at my house from Jefferson county .apparently they took him vea ambulance to mercy hospital in Jeff county when he had his afib episode and they are refusing to pay. I'm the only one working and can't afford the bill what do I do?

I'm not familiar with Missouri, but in ky (IMHO) its best to waive the parole revocation in certain circumstances because that starts the state time sooner (good time, work credit, parole eligibility etc). Every case is different, most states' statutes are different....do your research.

As for the medical bills from county, I wouldn't take on that responsibility. But that's just me Also, we aren't married. You may want to consult an attorney on that one to determine your responsibility as his spouse.

Usually your state's legislature homepage lists statutes as well as bills introduced. Here is Missouri's: http://www.moga.mo.gov/index.html

From there, you can see all the laws: http://www.moga.mo.gov/mostatutes/statutesAna.html

For probation and parole, here is that Chapter's page:
