I am currently trying to figure out how tom marry a man in jail which has no chaplain

Most Chaplains at the prisons do not perform marriage ceremonies for the inmates. As far as I know, standard procedure for most prison weddings is to find a minister that has or will apply for visitation / approval of the facility.

Maybe at the parish prisons, but the chaplain at my husband's facility married me and my husband. I think it's more problematic at the parish facilities.
