Ok the situation has changed I can’t post a link as I am on my phone but Colorado doc has now suspended ALL VISITS. Please check the Colorado doc website for more information.

CDOC is currently looking at options for conducting video visits and expanding the amount of phone time allowed in order to assist offenders in staying connected to those they care about.

DOC confirms one positive test for COVID-19 at Buena Vista.

Buena vista has one positive case and 1 as yet unconfirmed case of covid 19.

Bent County Correctional is currently in Phase 3 (full lock down.) A staff member tested positive for COVID-19, there are currently no confirmed positives in the prison itself.

My husband says that they are being fed in their cells and let out to shower every other day. He was able to access the phone today, apparently they will have access to the phones for an hour twice a week. They have masks and are required to wear them when using the phones.
