My son's been in county jail for 15 months in Oklahoma

My son's been in county 15 months. He was sentenced to 10 DOC 5 in 5 out. Non violent. Credit for time incarcerated Sept 2015. Plus credit for Level 2 since Sept 2016. He's still waiting to pull chain. I have calculated his approx parole date to be Feb 1, 2017. He says it may be March before he pulls chain. Anyone going through this? Has anyone gone beyond their parole date waiting in jail?
