Default Need help with parole technical violation - Baten info needed

So my hubby was transferred from county to Baten isf Unit. Was hoping someone would shed light on the process. We are thinking it will be a 60 day stay. Please help!!! I've had no luck on other forums. Thanks in advance...

Is this the first time in ISF? If so, then it is generally the 60-day period. The agency usually works with a 60-90-120 progression as a graduated sanction.

Yes this is his first time down. I spoke with his po at the unit and he said it'll be between 65-75 days and they only release on Thursdays. Lady from local parole office approved home plan today. Kinda hoping they let him out the Thursday prior to 60 days due to our expected sons delivery!! Thanx for the reply.
