Question Parole/violation any advice please!

I am less than 3 weeks from completing my parole...however last week I caught a case, and even worse in another state...

obviouslly im not supposed to leave the state but where im from the border is ten min away

.none the less I havent gotton a court date yet for the case I caught..they said in the next week or so I should get a court date...im curiouse if anyone knows if there is anyway of avoiding my parole agent finding out about my new case since I am so close to being done...as well as if he does find out what can be done

Generally the sate I live in (IL) when you get a parole violation they send you back to the board and worse case scenario they max you out which is where you serve the remainder of the time you had left on parole...
ANY THOUGHTS ADVICE ANYTHING i WOULD APPRECIATE SO MUCH!!!

Girl hopefully since it's in another town you will be ok but take care of what ever u have to do on the other case! If not they will put a warrant out and your PO will for sure find out!!

You need to tell your PO asap. In VA, we can violate your probation or parole for up to one year after your completion date for things you did while under supervision but we didn't find out until later. I know other states are that way, but I'm don't know anything about IL in that respect. Keep in mind that if you don't tell your PO and they find out, you'll be adding at least another violation, probably more.

Default Violation

I had a violation here in Washington State for going to Oregon 2 months after I was released. I know the feeling it is tough, but the best thing to do is be honest with your probation officer because they will find out.

There is a system that we use. All you have to do is input the identifiers of that person in the system, and it tells of new arrests. If the person was arrested in another state, often times he is issued a state id # in that state as well. That is one way I can see that you have been arrested outside of my state. I'm not telling you any other tricks to find out about new arrests that one may hide. But yes, any new arrest should be reported. What's the new offense for? It might be minor enough to not even be worth the hassle.
