So my boyfriend first ped was 02-2015 he got denied 01-31. They gave him a year set off. His new date is 01-2016.The pulled his file 10-2015. As I speak today he has not seen a ipo and we both are freaking out . I need answers something because the parole board line is little to no help .
Not at all unusual. Casepull is just the front part of the process. Depending on the region where someone is housed, they might be seen prior to the month of the docketed next review but some won't be interviewed until after that month. If there was any sort of a recent transfer, that will also have served to delay the process because the file has to catch up with him...

He hasn't been transferred he been in Michael unit for a minute now.
He has a 15 year sentence for agg robbery and he completed 8 years August make 9
Again, that does not tell anyone anything about how long he has been IN the Palestine Region. Files are routed to the region where someone is housed but a transfer after the review process commences can result in delays since the file has to then catch up with them, an event that would not occur until the unit IPO learned of the move.
Each unit falls under a region for parole review. I suggest you read this website: http://www.tdcj.state.tx.us/bpp/ in depth as it discusses your questions about regions and also will give you more information about the timelines.
If you look under contact information it lists each office and their assigned units. She was asking if he has been under the Palestine Board office, and for how long...if he wasn't at another unit in the Palestine Board region, the file may not have caught up to the office yet.
Ok so my boyfriend has had his interview on the 14th now we are waiting on an answer. Do anyone know how long it will take ? Who do I call to get the status of the review ?

With as much time as he has done, he likely has a paper file...so expect a decision sometime in March. It generally takes four to six weeks to prepare a paper file to go TO the Board after the IPO interview.
When there is a decision, it will be viewable on the offender locator page. Until then, there is nothing that they would be able to tell you.
So even if his next review date is 01/16 we want hear an answer till 4-6weeks. Is their a possibility that he can make parole or no ?
Just as the Board has no obligation to have a decision before the initial eligibility date, there is no requirement to have a decision recorded in the month of a docketed Next Review date.
And there is not enough information in this thread to say whether he has a viable chance at favorable action. His offense(s), criminal history, social history and institutional adjustment are all variables that come into play not to mention the question of whether it is an offense apt to generate a protest...
Ok so now when I search my boyfriend name it says under next review date unavailable at this time. Does that mean his case was denied ? It use to say 01/16. Does it just say that because now it is February

If he was denied, then there would be some manner of vote listed under the Parole Information button with the date of the Board action.
So my boyfriend was approved for an fi2-08/2016 . Can this date change to months earlier ? Why is it so long from now ? He started his changes class before Christmas . So what exactly does this realease mean ?

It very likely suggests that there is something that rendered him ineligible for the treatment-program voting options. As such, the FI-2 tends to be used to ALSO get the additional amount of time that would have been expected from a program vote.
Absent unusual circumstances, the vote means you should not expect a release to occur any earlier than August. The FI-2 is not a program vote, so there is no transmittal to be associated with a completion earlier than any anticipated date. Most FI-2 votes tend to result in a release during the first week to ten days of the designated month.
