Default Prisoner programs

does anyone know how the "Thinking for a change" program works before release?

A google search for "Thinking for a change" will give you links about the program, at least what the folks who sell it to the prison systems say about it.

"Thinking for a Change (T4C) is an integrated, cognitive behavioral change program for offenders that includes cognitive restructuring, social skills development, and development of problem solving skills".

They attend the T4C class prior to being paroled. If it isn't offered at the facility where they are, they will be transferred as soon as a bed and space opens in the class at a facility where it is offered. They will NOT be paroled until the class is successfully completed.
