My bf got violated back in November on a technical violation. His EOS is in July but has 3 years special parole after. He is applying for a reentry, but we are unsure if he will get it or not. The prison he is at has openly stated they are trying to decrease the population in half over the next couple months and the warden has been releasing people way before their EOS. Anyone have any idea if he may get the reentry or not? I can't wait for him to come home!!
Hi, I'm trying to find the same thing out. My fiancee went back on Friday for a technical violation but he was in a halfway house. I will tell ya they violate these guys over stupid stuff. My fiancee seems to yjonk that it will only be 30 day but I'm not sure. Have you heard anything yet?

They do violate it seems for dumb reasons but I guess they just need to follow the rules.. my man doing a yr for being "10 mins" out too late... sigh...
He applied for the reentry we are still waiting to hear if he got approved. But he got approved for outside clearance to work and they go by the same criteria for both so fingers crossed. I should hear from his counselor this week if he gets approved. Fingers crossed he comes home soon he has been gone 4 months already and I miss him so much!
His PO originally said he was going for 30 days but he ended up not recommending the timeout program and getting violated! I hope everything works out for you ladies!!
