It's from a few years ago, but often "old" information is still the valid information, and sometimes it gets muddled into weird rumor-like "information" that is not correct.
I know this is a older post however I do think you guys are referring to something called DOC BUDGET REDUCTION?? My fiance's attorney was telling us about it on the 9th of this month when he was being sentenced I do remember the attorney letting us know that it would not be in full effect until april of 2021 though.
