Pendleton video visitation

My boyfriend is in Pendleton and I was finally approved to visit but it has to be a video visit. It tells me I need a computer or tablet. I only have apple. So an iPhone and iPad. Does anyone know which app I need to download to do it on my phone? I had this issue when he was in the jail and there was a completely different app to do it. Please help

I'm afraid I don't know apple products at all - I hope someone else here does.

Thanks. I have been looking for weeks and he said other people do it so I guess I’m just not figuring it out? I don’t know but hopefully someone can help

I know several people in Oregon had to download and use Firefox as the browser - it wasn't a Mac vs Windows thing, it was which browser they were using.

On my side it never worked with my apple iphone, I bought myself extra an android phone, with that it worked, but it is more comfortable doing it on the computer or a laptop. I had up to 50 video visits with GTL IN. GTL video visit app is not working with any apple device. You need android, open the website and you will see a banner on it - so I made my visits with my pc.
