Kentucky website where you can see movement in a case?

I'm not finding anything but does Kentucky have a website that you can see movement in a case? I found at ky.gov public records but nothing specific. Someone I know is claiming that he is being released next month saying that the two cases against him are falling apart but ky.gov still shows that date as a pre-trial conference. I cannot tell if anything has been filed for a dismissal or anything. Indiana has a site called mycase and wondered if Kentucky had anything like that too.

Yeah, that's where I was before.... I didn't seem to be able to click on anything after I pulled up the case(s) on the person and it just simply said it was set for a pre-trial conference. He's alleging he's going to be released that day but no one is sure if this is just his lawyer giving him false hope or what is going on.
