I saw a USP listed as 'high', does that mean it's a maximum security prison? How is it different from an FCI or FMC?

My honey is in Taft Correctional Institution in Taft, California (a privately run facility contracted to the Feds.) Anyone else have loved ones here?

Randy started out at the USP Terre Haute IN, points dropped he moved to FCI McKean PA, then fed moved him to FCI Gilmer WV to open a new facility. Waiting for his points to drop down one more point, and then wait for a bed at FCI Milan MI... nothing like playin the waiting game!

My guy is at FPC Duluth, MN. Less than a month ago I heard that they had like over 5 feet of snow and it was 50 degrees below zero. The facility isn't that bad, but the weather sure is.
