I am, but he will be going to the Halfway house in NJ 6/6/19 been 7 long years and I am more than ready for him to get out.

They have mine, 22 years just because he classified as a career criminal. No evidence of a crime, crappy PD for a lawyer. God willing, he'll get back on appeal.

My son is at FCI El Reno with a current release date of Jan 2024...Hopefully this will change a little with the passing of the First Step Act.

My husband goes after his sentencing in Sept. Not sure where yet, there's talk of ADX Florence. His plea was for 15 years. We've been married almost 33 years. Sucks. This is our first experience with this. He's been in different state jails for 13 mos.

Mines going for 15 years too. 13 months into state jail time. Soon will be Fed. This is our first experience with any of this.

That is what I am hoping. My son's sentencing hearing is this coming Thursday. He will be heading back to finish state time; praying his Federal time may run consecutive for most of it...

My husband is at FCI El Reno, at the prison camp. We’re over a year and a half in, and his hwh/hc will begin at the end of the year. We’ve been married almost 11 years, with 2 kids that were 5 & 7 when their daddy left.

My son is in FMC Springfield, he’s been gone for 2 years this month, he was indicted for Arson and was just Civilly Committed, because he can not aid in his own defense, he has Late onset Schizophrenia, with no time out date. This is also our first experience as well.

Dan my son is in the same boat! He had gotten married just before he got sentenced and before he was even transferred his wife was cheating on him with his best friend then did not keep up with the bills with the 401K money he let her have and they house was foreclosed on. She is now living with his best friend. I know there is someone out there that will stand by you side as I hope will also be true for my son who I hope will be home in just under 2 yrs of a 15 yr sentence
