There is the old fashioned way of going to the courthouse and signing out the case file. There are others, like Lexis/Nexis, but they can be expensive.
Actually, no more case files, it's all ECF now, i.e., free Pacer in the clerk's office. Very pokey machines and copying is $.50 a page, so home use is better.
