What Ties You Together?
I was wondering if anyone has anything strange
that ties them together and what I mean is
Do you have the same Birthday
Do your kids parents
Do You have the same name?
Sorta like the 6 degrees of separation
Just a question?
Because I was reading on here earlier where a girl and her soon to be husband already have the same last name so when married she doesn't have to change it and I broke my arm(terribly) on the same day My man got shot
same year (just didn't know each other) just little things that tie you together?

Yes
My mate and I were next door neighbors and didn't even know it at the same time in our lives over 15 years earlier.
I think we have a good connection because he would call at the perfect times I needed him, right now our connection isn't as strong as it was but it will get there.

Our mom's have the same middle name. My brother and his sister knew eachother before we met and we didn't met through them we found out a few years after we met that they knew eachother. His best friend now used to be my best friend in middle school; they met without knowing their connection to me and it was crazy when I saw them together cause I was like "wait how did you guys meet?!" and he was like "how do you know him!?" His old cell mate was friends with my older brother and sister and found out cause he was looking through my babys picture book and saw a family picture and was like "i know them." There are a lot of weird things like that and they are so crazy to think about. This is a cute thread.

I Guess This Counts
This one is a little dumb, but we both have 14 letters in our names (combining first, middle and last) and if we got married and I took his name, it would still be 14 letters....

Well, let's see! We were born the same year, he is 4 months older than I am. We have the same first initial R, We both lived in the same city after high school, but didn't know each other. We both lived in the same city in central WA, but at different times. We both have the same IQ. We both had deadbeat dads growing up. We are both the next to the youngest child in our families. We both are avid readers, and both love word games. We both wear glasses, got them in 3rd grade and both have astigmatism. Our Mother's were the same age when they had us (28), therefore our Mother's would be the same age if mine was alive.

We lived across the street from each other at one time and both used to walk down to the lake there to get away from our then relationships - dont know how many times we might have passed each other.
He used to go to the coffee shop down the street from my work - so I could have seen him there too.
He worked across the street from where I went to university.
He and my brother have the same birthday - only my love was born 2 years earlier.
We are almost 5 months apart in age - off by one day LOL. (I am the older wiser one )
We have way too much in common and no one else gets us.
We both fell in love with each other the first time we got together - although I was a little later in the evening.

We attended the same Elementry school and middle school together, we were in the Air Force at the same time, his exwife was someone I attended High School with...even with all of that....we never met until God brought us together! There was too many things we had to endure and go through before we would appreciate the love that God has planted so deep within us for each other!

Well me and my bestfriend (we don't really like titles) have a lot in common. He was bestfriends with my BD, and I met him when he was introduced to my sister. Anyways I think I met him on my birthday 12/26, and it's a coincidince, because his birthday is 9/26, he is 4 years older than me, but are birthdays are on the same date and Sept falls exactly 4 months before Dec. Both of our initials are JR, and we were both raised by our grandmas.
So,
Date 26 in common
#4 is common
First and last initial the same
raised by grandmas
Oh and to top it all off his last name can be read as my last name, but it's just read differently and spelled differently |
