My son was transferred from Three Rivers to Marianna FCI for RDAP

My husband is moving from Talladega to probably Coleman, FL or Yazoo City, MS. Can anyone tell me approximately how much time they are giving off for the completion of the RDAP? It seems like different facilities are giving different amounts. Also, could you tell me about visitations at these facilities. Talladega is a prison camp, but they must run it like a Low, because Montgomery FPC was much more lenient with visitation.

my man is about to graduate (this Friday!) from the RDAP at FCI Fort Worth...it has been an amazing program for him & i think it has forced him to look at his life & his behaviors in ways he may never have before this program...i think it has definitely helped him to focus on making positive changes in the future so we never have to go through this again! he was given exactly one year off his sentence for completion of the program...

My husband was just designated to Milan, MI for RDAP. Does anyone have any info on this prison?

My ex got transfered there from Atwater for RDAP. Said the guards throw you in the hole for everything. 30 days if you get caught smoking. This is in the camp. He says he has to be careful all the time and they never did that s&*^t at Atwater.

Wondering if Lompoc has RDAP? My husband got a list of papers that he said Lompoc was on the list for RDAP because he will be taking it I guess and that was why they were moving him to Lompoc.

My finace got sent to Leavenworth for the RDAP program. But now has to be assed to see if he qualifies for the program. We live in Mn and was hoping he would go to Sandstone.....ain't the bop great? Marie

Hello,

My sweetie is being transferred to Petersburg for the RDAP program, however he should be going to the camp or low, but I see that the RDAP program is being offered at the Medium. Will he be able to stay at the camp or low and just attend the RDAP program at the Medium, or will he have to stay at the Medium in order to attend the program?

Any help anyone can provide me with will be much appreciated!

It's 9 mos with 6 mos of aftercare in HWH as well as Supervised release

He will live where the program is. Congrats for getting the program , he i s
in a special unit with the guys. so doesn't really matter much.

Is the HWH at the same place RDAP is?? I just learned he will most likely be doing RDAP. There isnt any RDAP programs close to home so I was wondering if there would be a HWH that was.

RDAP - Residential Drug Abuse Program is held in prison. HWH, Halfway House, is in a community, while under the BOP, not a prison facility. Few people in the BOP are close to home, whereas most people in HWH are within 50 miles of home.

Hello....and thank you. Can you tell me if the RDAP is the same program for alcohol? I did notice that Ft. Dix is on here. A close friend of mine is being sentenced on Monday 6/2. He would like to be placed close to home and Ft. Dix would work. His attorney has asked us to research prisons so that he can make a recommendation to the judge. Any help with info on Ft Dix FCP or FPI would be REALLY appreciated!

RDAP is for drugs and/or alcohol. Don't expect that Ft Dix or any place your friend requests is where he will go, if it happens that way, great, but lots of folks don't go where they want to. Best to PTO search either ft. dix or RDAP for lot of info, and also go read and post into the sub-forum on facilites.

Im kinda new on this and was wondering if anyone can help me with some info on Spectrum Programs Inc. located in Miami. I believe my husband will be sent to this location and i would like to have some feed back on it before he gets there.

My husband is on federal prison. FCI Jesup-low in GA. i believe he is going to be sent to a HWH here in miami.

Duluth Federal Prison Camp in Minnesota has been approved for the RDAP program and there first class should be in November.
