Default How To Calculate Federal Time?

If a person was given 109 months and will have four years in come October, howmuch more time will he have to do? Please advise as I have no ideal how to count the time. I have been told that 10 months= a federal year so does that mean August he will have four years in? Thanks in advance for your help
