Default I heard a lady in line asking the guard for a Cooper Trust Fund form.......

and the guard told her that the inmate would have to provide it. Not true. Here is the link for anyone who needs it:

Thumbs up Another alternative to sending loved ones money....

Also a very good site called jpay that you can have money deposited straight to your loved ones account via the internet and your debit card from the bank or a credit card. I have yet to post 25 posts so I am not allowed to post websites yet but it is jpay. com. (remove spaces and go!) Wonderful alternative to the Cooper Forms. They take forever!!!
Good Luck All.
PS
They also have some forums that are pretty decent there too.

I always use JPay, have for several years, never the first problem, it is so convenient and if money is sent before 3:00p.m. it is applied the same day.

Yes, that is definitely a selling point! However, what I always do to save the $7.95 service charge I would have to pay Jpay is send the postal money order ahead of time. That way SCDC is free to drag their little feet to post it to his account. Over the course of my son's sentence, I figure I will have saved quite a bit like that!
