Is your state of blindness over your vendetta with the Chinese system SO bad that it rendered you naive to the fact that such arrests occur every single day in the United States?

And literally every other country... Breaking the law in whatever country you are will probably get you arrested. Foreigner or not.

No you are wrong I have nothing to attack here. I know he committed a crime of theft and should be arrested but shows how police handle the situation

And again you choose to overlook that it is not unique to that situation. Arrests like that occur EVERY SINGLE DAY in jurisdictions all across the United States. Some people simply are not cooperative and that leads to SORT operations like in that video...
