Angry lost- Visiting approval and prior disposition ?

I sent in my visitation forms two weeks ago for my fiance in reception. I just got a letter from the prison saying they need a copy of the disposition for an arrest. I was arrested for a crime i did not commit and released after three days with no charges filed. i never even saw a judge, so i was given no discharge paperwork or case information. What do i do in this situation? I dont know where to get any info for this. i live 6 hours away from the courthouse/county i was arrested in and want to know exactly what to ask for when i drive down there. Also, is there a way to order my history online or something that may be quicker and easier? I tried going to the police station to get a life scan/fingerprint but they needed a form from the prison asking for it. what should i do??

Most court houses have online access to forms that you can print out and send the $$ they need for copies and sending it back. I needed to do the same for my husband when we first filed our Family visit application. You don't need to drive there. I did it with Orange county and I live in Vegas.
