I was wondering if anyone knows why someone would be placed in a SO yard if they dont have a sexual charge, but do have a charge involving a child, stole a vehicle while a kid was in the back seat.
any info is greatly appreciated
I wasn't aware of Arizona having specific sex offender yards. Is it a Sensitive Needs Yard (SNY)? I wasn't aware of Arizona having SNYs either, but maybe they do SNYs typically house sex offenders, gang drop-outs, snitches, convicted members of law enforcement and other inmates who may need to be out of general pop due to their charges.
