Default My sister passed away

Not sure where to post this but on Saturday February 9,2019 my loving and beautiful sister passed away. I was notified last Wednesday by my nephew that she had been sent back into the hospital, she's been battling liver disease for awhile now. I didn't have the money to go to New Mexico but my nephew said get ready if you want to go I'll send you the money. She went into a sleep and he thought she was going but after a few hours she woke up, I did get to talk with her and told her I'm coming, you hang on I'm coming. So my dog and I set out to New Mexico. I ended up having to stay in Gallup,NM for the night. I got up and was up traveling again. I was an hour outside of Albuquerque when my other nephew called me, they were afraid to tell me cause I was driving and told me to pull over but I already knew in my heart she was gone. I was yelling and told them no, no. I told them don't you dare move her till I get there. You tell that hospital that I'm coming and not to move her!!!! I had three more hours to get to Santa Fe. They waited my family was there when I walked in the front of the hospital. I almost fell out. They took me up to her, she just looked so peaceful and like she was sleeping. I never cried so hard and just held on to her. I just couldn't believe my big sister who was only 65 and has a birthday coming up in a few days was gone. I didn't want to leave but I looked my one nephew who had gotten his life together and is walking with God that she knew her son's were good. My nephew who was worse one in and out of prison not ever caring about anything nor much anyone, challenged God when he was in the worse prison in the State of California got on his knees and prayed. He wrote 3000 pages of notes. He now a man of God, my sister needed to know that God took her son and changed him. I decided to leave the next day because my other nephew and his family are moving back to California and she being cremated and buried with her daughter, who was killed in the late 80's. We'll have a memorial service for her out here. I went to church with my family on Sunday and by the time I left, I was at peace, I know she's not suffering any longer. She's with her daughter. Their rejoicing in heaven. They are walking in God's Kingdom with all of our loved ones. I'm good, have peace. I'm not sad I'm happy for my sister. I'll always miss her and love her. I will see her again.

That's a difficult drive to make under any circumstances, but to do it alone with your sister's imminent passing weighing on your heart...well, it takes a strong person to do that. I wish she could have waited for you to get there
