Default Goodbye Joseph

Hey Joseph,

Long time, no write. Tyler messaged me on twitter telling me that you died. I'm sorry I haven't written in so long and that now I'll never get the chance. I moved to Oklahoma, and it's been hard getting on my feet.

You were going to get out in a couple months and I told you to lay low and keep your cool. Not to blame you for what others did to you, I just wish that I was able to send this to you instead of posting here.
Even if the world is a more accepting place for us, some folks will still hate and fear us. I'm writing some people today and getting back into advocacy. When I visit Dallas next I'll write your name on the side of the resource center since I know you'll always want to be there for us queerlings.

I love you and I'm glad your home,
Cien

My condolences on Joseph's death

They won't win, cien. Small-minded people. They won't win in the long run. Keep your chin up

I am sorry for your loss and the "unfinished-ness" of it all. I pray you find peace too.

I think that would be a lovely tribute to Joseph. I am sorry for your loss.
