Smile Cousin is in Tutwiler - questions about halfway houses in AL & other questions

My cousin Victoria is in for Murder. she has asked me to look for halfway houses Everywhere (which is nearly impossible) I want to help her as much as I possibly can so I guess I'll start by looking in Alabama because she says she would like to stay in Alabama if she can. I have looked all over the net and have come up with nothing. Does anyone know where else I may look?
also, I feel so bad. she keeps calling me and i really can't afford to accept a collect call from her, these calls are so expensive. I wonder if she'll understand. I'm working on a letter to her right now to explain. It seems like everytime I think about her she calls, there she is again.....
When I was a teen I corresponded with a man who convinced me to accept prison calls, OMG it took me forever to pay that bill. turns out he was using me. yea I know I should have known. but i was just a kid. My dad and uncles even told me what was up. they were all repeat offenders. I grew up around the prison system. My Grandma would plan our vacation to go see my uncle Tony and Daddy, it was fun. God Bless them.
So now my cousin is in and needing my help. I'm also working on getting her spring box paid for. Man I wish she was just here at home.
It would be wonderful if anyone could steer me in the right direction.

i know there is one over behind carraway hospital in north birmingham. i'm not sure what she will have to do to get into it . also there is the alethia house on finley blvd in bham. so i would try them. you can also try the foundry in bessemer. i live near b'ham so i wouldn't know where a halfway house would be anywhere else in alabama. hope this helps!
