Default Idaho Penpal Rules

Not sure if this has already been answered elsewhere.

Iíve recently started writing to an inmate in Idaho State Correctional Centre (ISCC) and was wondering if anyone knew the answers for sending mail...

- Are you allowed to send coloured envelopes to this facility or will the mailroom reject it? I want to send my penpal his favourite coloured envelope preferably as a surprise so he knows itís me when he gets mail based on the colour of the envelope when he receives it

And if anyone sends mail to that facility are there any other rules or handy information you could give me that isnít listed on their mailing page of the website!!

Thank you
