41/F/AR here. I go in on 12/9 to plead guilty to bank fraud. I’m looking at 4-8 years. The waiting for the plea and then waiting to be sentenced is making me insane. Has anyone come across any personal experiences in a FBOP women’s facility that are recent? All of the blogs, etc. I’ve found are 2010-2013.

I have not had that experience but I can sure understand your fear, frustration and how anxious you must feel right now. I would not do well under those circumstances either.
Just try to take a deep breath, and just do whatever you can now to prepare.
Get yourself any dental work that needs to be done, done. Same with medical.
Hopefully you have family and friends who will keep in touch and assist, write, visit etc.
I think the waiting is the hardest part. Hang in there.
Hopefully someone will come along and respond with more current info for you.
I'd imagine that many things are the same so even tho the info is older, it may well still be relevant.
Covid is the big difference here, in that many programs are in limbo.
