Posting email and website questions

I have co-sponsored a support group called "Family And Friends For Justice Solutions". I have also developed a website that offers PROVEN principles for criminal-justice and education reform. I would like to respond to many on the Prison Talk website by referring them to the website or my email address to offer support in many venues but understand I cannot do this. Is there a way to offer the services by allowing me to make referrals and support to those who need it?

I have a similar question but am currently getting an error message when I click the 'help desk' link.

If you can't access the help desk, you can also send a private message to a PTO administrator, their usernames are red in color.
